Salech, Mannsverk, and Alves in with Simic & Conte returning from loans. Siopis, Etete, T Davies, Kanga, Reindorf, & Tsunoda out. Don't think we'll miss any of the outgoings but did we get enough players in? No championship experience with them but one was at Ajax.

Been writing and rewriting this Steven Universe AU for some time now and I finished the first Arc of it. Having a hard time distinguishing what's actually normal or DPDR 'Normal'

So recently Ive been feeling very odd. I have had days in the past where my DPDR is so strong, like im getting so many physical symptoms and getting so anxious, but recently I feel like its not as strong. Like im having very less physical symptoms? I just kinda feel numb and really tired. Like i know I still have it cause my vision is still off, I still don't feel completely present in reality and Im still questioning whether its gone or not (I heard I won't need to question it if I am 'normal', cause I will know.) But I have also been trying my best not to fear DPDR and just accept it. Which I think could have a part in this. Cause thinking about it now, sure sometimes gives me a lot of cold dread, but now im started to get more 'so what' thoughts. Like 'so what if its here' But basically, my mind is trying to convince me that I'm back to 'normal' even though I know deep down, I know Im not. I dont feel the way I knew 'normal' was/ used to be. But then again its been almost 2 months so I'm starting to lose the remembrance of what 'normal' felt like, given it has felt like much longer than 2 months (time distortion) Has anyone experienced this? This experience itself is eerie.. Cause I know im not 'normal' but im not as bad as I was that my mind is convinced otherwise. Is this part of recovery or am I just having new symptoms?

How I Found My Ring Size in the UK – A Must-Try Tool!

Hey everyone! I just wanted to share my experience figuring out my ring size in the UK because it can be a bit tricky, and I found a super handy tool that made it so much easier! So, if you’re like me and want to avoid the hassle of guessing your ring size, here’s what I did: **1. Ring Size Chart**: First, I measured an existing ring that fits me well. Just grab a ruler and measure the inner diameter in mm, then check it against a UK ring size chart. Simple! **2. String Method**: If you don’t have a ring to measure, you can use a piece of string or paper. Wrap it around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and then measure that length. But here’s the game-changer: I found this [**online ring size measurement tool**](https://dhirajgurung.com.np/tools/ring-size-measurement-tool.html) that lets you do all of this without any guesswork! You can measure using the string method, input the size of an existing ring, or even use the diameter measurement. It’s super accurate and user-friendly! I was really impressed with how easy it was to navigate, and I got my size right on the first try. If you're looking to buy a ring (or just curious), I highly recommend checking out this tool. It saved me a lot of time and stress! Hope this helps someone out there! Happy ring shopping!

Since I think Dricus will win against Sean ( which can be debated of course ) I think this would be an interesting rematch. What do you think ? Can Imavov avenge his loss if this fight happens ?

Banan vs. Rutilant arena

Anyone know the difference between Banan and Rutilant arena? I know Banan is better, but by how many %?

New casual layering set-up

Currently looking for a new allrounder set-up; generalistic, stylish, robust. After studying plenty reviews I am looking for your opinion and potential improvements. Premises: - everyday allrounder - base: north-western european conditions; but also worldwide useable - traveling, so should be packable but super lightweight not a must - activities: average, commute to work to city trips, standing in the stadium, hiking, overnighters in the nature; no skiing, ice climbing etc. - casual wearing; proper fit, stylish - flexibility and doing the job reliably: keep me warm, dry when needed while not soaking in sweat - budget: I am rather spending a little more for a proper piece lasting long but it also should not be overpaced I skip the base layer here - will be a random tshirt in most cases or a merino one when colder/more active Second layer will be a random sweatshirt in most of the cases or a lightweight fleece such as the Patagonia R1 Air Now to the interesting part. On "Mid layer" I did a lot of research, coming to the following result: Arcteryx Atom Hoody > Patagonia Nano Air > Patagonia Nano Puff Why? Atom stands out in all reviews, it's very versatile and extremely comfy (tried it on) plus stylish fit as a standalone. Currently my no1 eventhough it is more pricy. On the "outer layer" my results are: Patagonia Torrentshell 3L > Arcteryx Beta SL > Patagonia Triolet, Granite > Colombia Amplidry > TNF, Bergans, .. Why? Torrentshell is reviewed as one of the top pieces in this segment for the price it is to have for. Looking on my usecase it should be a super pick for the money. E.g. an Arc Beta might be better but probably not worth 2x the price for me. Additionally I am thinking of a down for when it's getting really cold (replacing the Atom then). Or useless when having an Atom already? Patagonia Down Sweater or Rab Microlight Alpine What do you think? Am I on the right path?

The “I got a gf/bf” problem?

Unpopular opinion: Saying “I got a bf/gf!” isn’t as big of an achievement as people think. It’s what happens after that really matters. Everywhere on Reddit (Specifically on R/Teenagers), I see people excitedly announcing they finally got a partner, only for them to post weeks or months later about them breaking up, and perchance creating drama. It’s like people treat relationships as some kind of milestone they have to reach, but they don’t actually think about what comes next. The real dilemma? A lot of people aren’t actually ready for a relationship, they just want to be in one. They chase the idea of having a partner without considering things like emotional maturity, compatibility, or even whether they truly like the person beyond the excitement of having someone. Then, when reality hits and problems arise, they either break up, get stuck in an unhealthy cycle, or start feeling miserable. And yet, the cycle repeats. “I got a bf/gf!” turns into “We’re having problems,” then “Should I break up?” and finally “We broke up, I’m lost.” Maybe the real flex isn’t rushing into a relationship, but actually taking time to figure out if you’re ready for one in the first place. But for those who can actually make it work, I’m very happy that you could pull it off. Big respects!

[Crosspost] Any advice about the use of Creatine for the first time?

Any advice about the use of Creatine for the first time?

I'm a naturally skinny guy with decent genetics. I follow a diet mainly based on legumes, grains, and vegetables, with occasional fish but no meat. After a difficult relationship that took a toll on me both mentally and physically, I abandoned the gym for years. Now, at 37 years old, I weigh 72kg at 172cm, but I’ve gained 2-3kg of fat around my love handles. Would taking 5g of creatine daily be beneficial for me?

Kaya Scodelario

I've been a homeowner for 4 years. These are the biggest things I wish somebody told me on day one.

**1.  Your home equity is a gold-mine. If you need cash, stop taking out high-interest loans.** So many people take out high-interest payday loans – please don’t do this. If you get into trouble you can typically get a relatively low-interest HELOC (a home equity line of credit). Essentially with a HELOC, you’re borrowing against the equity you have in your house and use it for whatever you need (much like a credit card). Typically, you’ll get lower interest rates and more flexible repayment terms compared to traditional loans. Here’s a calculator you can use to see how much/little you could borrow ([link here](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=lt-home&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st)). Side note: if you hate debt, you can still get money out of your home’s equity by using something like [Hometap](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=hometap&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st), where you more or less sell investors a portion of your equity without a loan) **2. Switch auto insurance companies every 6-12 months.** If you haven’t compared auto insurance rates in the last 6 months, you’re probably overspending (on average by \~$400/year[¹](https://betterbuck.net/content/heres-how-much-youre-actually-overpaying-for-car-insurance/?subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1028-New-HELOC1st-Source)).  Example: I cut my car insurance bill by \~$1,300 this year by switching carriers (same exact coverage too) and it took me a whopping 5 minutes. Take two minutes and pull up a comparison site (I used [Coverage.com](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=bankrate&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st), [Auto-Savings.com](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=otto&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st) is fine too) and compare multiple offers from different companies in one go. Worst case scenario: you stay with what you’ve got. Best case scenario: you save a few hundred dollars a year. Here’s a link to a good comparison site:[ link](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=bankrate&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st). **3. Try and find the best price online.** Big stores like Amazon know that no one has time to price shop through dozens of sites, so there’s often no incentive for them to offer bargain prices. I typically hate browser extensions with a fiery passion, but Capital One Shopping has always worked well for me and I'd recommend trying it ([link here](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=capitalone2&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st)). When you shop online (on Amazon or elsewhere) it will automatically compare prices for you, and auto-apply coupon codes when possible. **4. Get yourself a dang advisor.** Most people are under the false impression that financial advisors are just for wealthy people. They absolutely aren’t: if you have a net worth of $100k+, you can typically qualify for an advisor. Having an advisor typically increases your yearly returns by 3%[¹](https://corporate.vanguard.com/content/dam/corp/articles/pdf/putting_value_on_your_value_quantifying_vanguard_advisors_alpha.pdf) (mostly due to smarter tax planning) If you don’t have an advisor in your family, use a site like [WiserAdvisor](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=wiser&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st) or [Zoe Financial](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=zoe&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st) to find somebody with good reviews in your area. **5. You don't have to pay off your debt by yourself.** Very few people know about it, but If you have $10k+ in debt, you can technically ask a debt relief to come in and take over the process for you.  It’ll typically save you 23% off your total debt, after fees (according to NDR, a big debt relief company).  They’ll negotiate with your creditors and try to get your debt reduced (then they take a cut of the savings). Typically people who are struggling with debt save 23% on avg. when they ask for help from debt relief companies. Here’s a little calculator you can use to see how much you’d potentially save: [link](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=ndr2&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st)). **6. Save on home insurance.** Some homeowners save $1k+/year just by switching home insurance providers (typically saving them more than changing auto insurance policies). If it’s been over a year since you’ve reviewed your rates, it might be worth taking a few minutes to compare offers. Here’s a home insurance comparison site I’ve used: ([link](https://betterbuck.net/view-nb.php?offer=bankrate-home&country=USA&subid=Red-Big-Mistakes-Homeowners-D2D-1029-Dekstop-HELOC1st)).
